Hi, I’m Paula

I’m an age-group triathlete with a deep passion for endurance sports—and a growing desire to help others fall in love with the journey, too.

Currently, I’m working through the official Austrian Triathlon Coach Certification and will begin my Bachelor’s studies in Exercise Science next semester. These steps are part of my commitment to continuously expand my knowledge and bring evidence-based, athlete-centered coaching to those I work with.

As a student myself, I understand how challenging it can be to juggle training with a busy schedule. That’s why I believe in smart, adaptable training plans that fit into real life—because staying consistent doesn’t mean sacrificing everything else.
