Meet Paula

I started training for triathlons in May 2023. 

Initially, it was just meant to be a challenge.

I gave myself 4 months to finish my first triathlon. 

The training was far from optimal, but it felt like I was on the right path.

Although my results were not outstanding, that race was the start of something more than just simply a new hobby.

I became super obsessed with everything triathlon-related.

Books, videos, studies,… I started devouring a lot of content and wanted to share my new knowledge and passion with as many people as possible. So, I started this Blog.

I want other people to experience the awesome effects that triathlon training had on me. 

Triathlon training had an incredible impact on me. I became healthier, faster, stronger, happier,…. Overall, I  started feeling suuuper good in my body.

After my first triathlon, I knew, that that was just the beginning. 

I’ve set my eye on competing in an Ironman 70.3 Race!

However, planning the training myself was overwhelming and consumed all my thoughts. I realized I needed guidance, so I found a coach.

This experience inspired me to become a triathlon coach myself, helping other athletes reach their goals. 

Becoming the best triathlon coach is an ongoing journey, but it’s one I love being on.

I’m excited to share this journey with you and help you experience the amazing effects that triathlon training can have on your life.
